Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Advisor for West Coast Toyota, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group. The role focuses on leading customers through their vehicle purchase journey while maintaining high satisfaction. Responsibilities Enthusiastically guide customers through the sales process.
Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow‑up. Respond to and communicate with potential prospects from web, phone, and in-store leads. Participate in regular training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record. Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Friendly, cooperative demeanor with strong persuasive skills and a drive for results. Ability to handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently while managing multiple customer relationships. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to build relationships easily.
Benefits Competitive compensation package: average $3,500‑$8,000/monthly (base + commissions/bonuses). Top earners reach six figures. Company 401(k) plan with match.
