The Role: Associate Product Manager We’re looking for Associate Product Managers who enjoy solving real user problems, think structurally about product decisions, and are excited to build and improve digital products through data, experimentation, and collaboration. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure across the entire product lifecycle. What You’ll Work On User Research & Problem Discovery : Identify real user and business problems PRDs & Documentation : Write clear, structured product requirements Feature Planning & Experimentation : Plan features and validate ideas through experiments Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams Product Analytics & Iteration: Track performance, analyze data, and improve continuously Execution: delivering a product (or feature) from idea → launch → impact We’re looking for candidates who have: 1+ years of experience in product management or related roles Background in Tech,Product Management, Market Research, or Project Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience working in Agile development environments Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Curiosity about how technology products are built and scaled Core Skills Product thinking and structured problem-solving Data-driven decision making Clear written and verbal communication Cross-functional collaboration Understanding of Agile workflows
