Associate – Development Monitoring Surveying | London | Route to Partnership A highly respected independent property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Development Monitoring Surveyo r to join its growing London team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants more than just another Associate title. The successful candidate will join a well-established Monitoring Surveying and Due Diligence team with direct exposure to Partners, major institutional clients, and a genuine opportunity to progress to Partnership.
The business has an enviable reputation across the UK construction and property sectors, advising on high-profile developments, regeneration schemes, commercial portfolios, and mixed-use projects for lenders, investors, funds, and developers.
