Assistant Sales Manager

Designation: Assistant Sales Manager Location: Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Department: Sales / Business Development Reporting To: Area Sales Manager Industry: Building Materials, Interior Solutions, Lighting, Furniture, Hardware, etc Salary – 40k- 50k Fixed Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage business development activities by engaging with architects for project specifications and developing a strong dealer/distributor network to drive sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in connecting product specification to execution through effective channel and influencer management. Key Responsibilities:  Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.  Promote and present products for inclusion in upcoming residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.  Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for the Architect and Dealer community.  Track project pipelines through architects and follow through to conversion via channel partners.  Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.  Manage existing dealer relationships to drive sales volume and product penetration.

General Sales & Reporting:  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions, and competitor activity.  Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.  0- 6 Months of Experience in sales/business development, preferably in building materials or interior solutions.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.  Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
