Job Title : Sales Manager Location: Corporate RSO Chennai We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead Corporate Sales at Sarovar RSO Chennai . You will focus on building strong client relationships, increasing room and banquet sales for the hotels, and maintaining & building business pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals for the company Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the feeder market Handle corporate, group, and event bookings to generate new revenue streams for the hotels Work closely with the unit sales teams to ensure business development from all available sources Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the hotel and communicate timely to the concerned teams Align sales strategies of the brand as per the organization goals Requirements: Bachelorโs degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field 08+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry preferably in the feeder market of Tamil Nadu Experience of working with luxury brands is preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills If this is something which interests you.
