Job Title: Assistant Manager โ€“ RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Location: Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager โ€“ RPO to lead recruitment delivery, manage client relationships, and drive team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team handling, escalation management, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced RPO environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery & Operations Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned clients (sourcing to onboarding) Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined TAT and quality metrics Drive sourcing strategies for volume and niche hiring requirements Monitor recruiter productivity and ensure optimal delivery performance Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters Set clear performance expectations and track team KPIs Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions Handle team escalations and ensure high engagement levels Client & Stakeholder Management Act as a primary point of contact for clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on hiring progress Understand client requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly Escalation & Issue Resolution Handle client and internal escalations effectively Identify root causes and implement corrective actions Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication Process Improvement & Solutioning Identify gaps in recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement Implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies Ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal standards Required Skills & Qualifications 5โ€“10 years of experience in Recruitment / RPO / Staffing Proven experience in team handling (minimum 5โ€“10 members) Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Experience in escalation handling and problem resolution Strong analytical and reporting skills (MIS, dashboards, KPIs) Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred Skills Experience in managing large-scale or multi-location hiring projects Exposure to ATS tools and recruitment technologies Strong communication and negotiation skills Key Competencies Leadership & Team Management Client Focus & Relationship Management Problem-Solving & Solution Orientation Ownership & Accountability Ability to perform under pressure Why Join Us?
