Role: Assistant Manager / Manager – Research Sales Company: India Infrastructure Publishing Private Limited Location: New Delhi (On-site) Experience: 2–5 years (ideally in B2B corporate sales) Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related field Who we are India Infrastructure Publishing is a company dedicated to providing information on the infrastructure sectors in India through magazines, conferences, newsletters and research reports. Brief about the role We are looking for a sharp, driven Assistant Manager or Manager to join our corporate sales team in New Delhi. This is an on-site, front-end role for a professional who enjoys navigating complex B2B conversations.

You won’t just be selling premium research products and databases; you will be building and nurturing relationships with senior executives and C-level decision-makers across the industry. If you have the confidence to engage with industry leaders and a track record of closing B2B deals, you will fit right in. What You Will Do Drive Revenue: Connect with decision-makers across the infrastructure space to pitch and sell our research products.

Find New Opportunities: Proactively build your own pipeline of prospects through smart email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and direct calls. Manage Key Accounts: Stay close to our existing clients, make sure they get great value from us, and handle their subscription renewals and upgrades. Own the Deal: Lead your own meetings, handle end-to-end commercial negotiations, and put together business proposals.

Be Our Eyes and Ears: Gather feedback from the market to help our research teams spot gaps and design new data services. What We Are Looking For Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years in B2B corporate sales. Experience in market research, professional services, or business media is a big plus.

Strong Communicator: You should be able to write a great business email, draft a solid proposal, and hold your own in a meeting. Confidence & Maturity: You need the professional gravitas to speak with senior industry leaders. A Growth Mindset: Someone who is proactive about finding leads and naturally good at relationship-building.
