What You’ll Do As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both customers and team members.

Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the day-to-day management of store operations. Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Leading and motivating team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.

Supporting inventory management, merchandising, and store organization. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement strategies that enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident and motivated individual with a passion for fashion and customer service. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment. Strong leadership and communication skills.

A customer-first mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team.
