Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks. Manage bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintain high standards of service. Execute the food program and uphold the franchise's high quality standards.

Demonstrate urgency, patience, leadership, and set a positive example for the team.
