Job Description – Artist Manager Position: Artist Manager Location: Mahipalpur Delhi Experience: 3–7 Years Role Summary: The Artist Manager will be responsible for managing the artist’s professional engagements, brand collaborations, schedules, communications, business operations, and personal assistance requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with clients, brands, stylists, designers, media, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Artist Management * Manage the artist’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel plans. * Coordinate shoots, events, masterclasses, campaigns, and public appearances. * Handle brand collaborations and client communication. * Maintain relationships with designers, PR agencies, media, and industry partners. * Ensure timely execution of commitments and deliverables.
Executive Assistant (EA) Responsibilities * Manage emails, meetings, and important correspondence. * Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents. * Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. * Track payments, invoices, contracts, and budgets. * Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Personal Assistant (PA) Responsibilities * Arrange travel bookings, hotels, visas, and itineraries. * Handle personal appointments and lifestyle-related requirements. * Manage confidential information with discretion. * Coordinate logistics for events, fittings, and personal engagements. * Provide on-ground support during shoots and travel. Business & Brand Coordination * Source and negotiate brand partnerships and collaborations. * Coordinate with social media, styling, and production teams. * Ensure timely delivery of content and campaign requirements. * Maintain databases of clients, brands, and vendors.
Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Fashion, Hospitality, Communications, or related field. * 3–7 years of experience in Artist Management, Celebrity Management, Executive Assistance, or Luxury/Hospitality. * Excellent verbal and written English communication. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. Preferred Background * Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, media, entertainment, or hospitality industries. * Strong network with brands, designers, PR agencies, and production teams.
