You’ll sit at the intersection of data, cloud, and machine learning , helping take ideas from concept through to production. What You’ll Be Doing Design, build, and deploy AI / ML models into production environments Work across the full lifecycle: data → model → deployment → optimisation Fine-tune and integrate LLMs into real business workflows Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to productionise solutions Build scalable pipelines and APIs to support AI applications Contribute to architecture decisions across AI and cloud environments What We’re Looking For Proven experience building and deploying ML / AI solutions in production Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Solid understanding of data pipelines and engineering principles Exposure to LLMs / GenAI (fine-tuning, prompt design, RAG, etc.) Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments Nice to Have Experience with MLOps tooling (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning) Knowledge of vector databases / embeddings Experience building APIs or microservices Consulting or client-facing experience Why This Role Work on real AI use cases , not just experimentation Join a team focused on delivery and impact Opportunity to shape how AI is embedded across a growing business Package Competitive base salary Bonus + benefits Flexible / hybrid working
