As an Applications Engineer at MSC, you will engage with leading UK engineering businesses, delivering technical solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Responsibilities Drive new large customer acquisition through value‑based interactions and engineering credibility. Identify and secure metal‑working‑focused customers to support business goals. Analyze manufacturing processes to recommend right tools and process improvements that reduce costs and increase productivity. Advocate MSC’s brand and deliver promised cost savings to customers. Provide onsite technical support and advise on right tools for customer needs. Collaborate with the business development team to enhance capability and credibility.
