Software Engineer (AxiomSL) page is loaded## Software Engineer (AxiomSL)locations: Polandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0025455As a Software Engineer reporting to Sr. Manager - Software Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.You’ll thrive in this position if you’re data-driven, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for finance, technology,innovation to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Analyze regulatory reporting requirements, reporting templates, and relationships between reporting indicators to define accurate reporting logic.* Develop report logic, templates, electronic submission files, and validation rules using AxiomSL proprietary software.* Build data‐transformation algorithms to convert incoming data into structures suitable for regulatory report generation.* Perform unit testing of report builds and prepare documentation to support delivery to end users.* Implement and maintain software solutions by coding, testing, debugging, and working with Excel and similar tools for data handling and transformation.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.* Strong analytical and critical‐thinking abilities with excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.* Proficient in Excel with a good understanding of database concepts (Oracle or MS SQL Server preferred).* Fast learner with strong teamwork, collaboration, and effective English communication skills (written and verbal).* Basic understanding of SDLC phases and release‐management processes.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in financial services, accounting, regulatory reporting, or FinTech.* Experience building client-facing products,* This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.**Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
