Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analytics Reporting Specialist to join our performance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our analytics reporting, primarily using Looker Studio. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving our dashboard ecosystem, providing accurate insights to stakeholders, and ensuring consistency across all reporting templates.
Key Responsibilitie sDashboard Management :Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio .Ensure consistency, standardization, and usability across all templates .Data Validation and Tracking :Validate data accuracy and integrity in dashboards, ensuring proper implementation of tracking mechanisms .Set up and monitor tracking parameters (e.g., UTM codes, pixel tracking, event tracking) to support data collection for Always On and Tactical Campaigns .Collaborate with teams to audit, test, and improve tracking setups across platforms .Troubleshooting, Quality Assurance, and Optimization :Troubleshoot issues related to data sources, tracking configurations, connections, and reporting functionalities .Conduct regular QA to ensure dashboards are error-free, optimized for performance, and properly linked to tracking systems .Proactively identify and address reporting or tracking discrepancies to maintain data consistency .Tracking and Reporting Enhancements :Collaborate with teams to define tracking requirements for new campaigns or initiatives .Implement advanced tracking features such as event-based tracking or conversion tagging .Perform updates and enhancements to existing dashboards and tracking systems as needed .Regular Maintenance :Maintain tracking continuity during platform updates or changes .Provide monthly insights and highlight trends based on tracked data, ensuring timely reporting during the first week of each month . Qualifications and Ski llsProficiency in Looker Stu dio (or similar reporting tools) for dashboard building and maintenan ce.Experience wi th tracking to ols such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or other third-party tracke rs.Strong skills in data validat ion, troubleshooting, and tracking implementation with a keen eye for deta il.Familiarity wi th digital marketing performance metr ics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) and their tracking setu ps.Knowledge of setting up and managi ng UTM co des, conversion tags, and event tracking syste ms.High attention to detail and commitment to accura cy.Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and translate requirements into actionable tracking and reporting solutio ns. Preferred Exper ience2+ years in an analytics, reporting, or tracking-focused role.Proficienc y in Google Anal yt ics, Google Tag Ma nager, and Google S h eets.Knowledge of quality assurance processes in tracking and reporting sys tems.Experience with API integra tions and managing complex data sets.
