Analyst - REITS and InvITs

Role Overview As a member of the team specializing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs), you will play a crucial role in deal execution and analysis. Your responsibilities will involve financial modeling, due diligence, and client interactions related to REITs and InvITs Key Responsibilities - Conduct financial modeling and valuation of REITs and InvITs. - Perform due diligence on REIT and InvIT investment opportunities - Analyze market trends and competitive landscape within the REIT and InvITs sector - Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders -Sourcing investment opportunities in secondary market from institutional counterparties Required Skillset and Experience - 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or real estate finance - Strong understanding of REITs and InvITs and real estate investment principles - Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in financial modeling software and Microsoft Office Suite Education / Preferred Qualifications CA / MBA
