Job Description

Title Investor Solutions Analyst (Full-Time) Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office minimum) Overview The Investor Solutions Analyst plays a key role in supporting and evolving NXT Capital’s third‑party investment platform. This position combines program management responsibilities with working with direct lending deal teams and supports the allocation and offering process of deals sold to investment programs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support ongoing program management, analyze program performance, and facilitate communication with LPs and third‑party service providers.

Review underwriting materials to assess compliance with program eligibility guidelines and evaluate capacity under investment guideline limitations. Assist with deal allocations and manage the offering process, preparing memoranda, assignment agreements, and participation certificates, ensuring timely delivery of documentation. Track program capital needs and deployment activity.

Liaise across investor solutions, direct lending deal teams, finance, operations, legal and compliance. Program Management and Development Responsibilities Maintain program‑specific tracking and ensure data accuracy across systems. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for internal and external constituents (reporting packages, investor letters, internal program reviews, data tapes and compliance requests).

Assist investor inquiries and due diligence requests with data gathering, analysis, and ad‑hoc financial modeling. Analyze program performance data, develop insights for reporting, investor communications and fund modeling. Develop and maintain investor and marketing presentations.

Process and track program‑level expenses. Other Responsibilities Gain understanding of NXT’s loan platform and investor solutions programs. Become proficient with data sources (PowerBI, Salesforce, ad‑hoc reporting tools).

Maintain and enhance deal templates and analytical tools (asset allocation tools, cash forecasting models, deal closing models, portfolio construction tools). Recommend and implement process changes, data improvements, and operational efficiencies, including AI tools such as Microsoft Co‑Pilot. Manage relationships with third‑party providers and vendors.

Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree required (finance, business, accounting or related field preferred). 2–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, portfolio management, financial analysis, accounting or analytics. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with senior management, investors, service providers and internal stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Copilot preferred.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reasoning skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, team‑oriented, professional attitude, strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary gross: $90,000 – $110,000 (IL only). Cash bonuses, long‑term incentives. Health insurance, accident and life insurance, retirement benefits.
