Analyst, Client

The Analyst, Client is responsible for contributing to the decision-making process and providing in-depth analysis on new and existing customers. The position will demonstrate an expert level understanding of job responsibilities in accordance with written guidelines. Assist in maintaining customer records for adequate and current information and documentation sufficient to properly evaluate the eligibility of existing and prospective clients.

The Client Analyst identifies and evaluates risk factors and make the necessary recommendations to management. Provides support to the national sales team, working very closely with multiple account executives to assist in the approval and renewal process. The Client Analyst is the central point of contact for various departments within the organization regarding time sensitive matters involving but not limited to licensing and compliance.
