AI Wordpress Developer

Role Overview We are hiring an AI WordPress Developer with strong frontend skills and basic backend knowledge who actively uses AI tools, especially Claude Code, for website development and debugging. Key Responsibilities Build and customise WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Beaver Builder, etc. Focus mainly on frontend development: layouts, styling, responsiveness, and UI improvements; handle basic backend tasks when required.

Use Claude Code for website development, workflow creation, code generation, and debugging. Work with multiple CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace. Implement website security using plugins like Wordfence, iThemes, CAPTCHA, and honeypots.

Optimise website speed using WP Rocket, caching plugins, and CDN tools. Configure Mailgun / SMTP for email functionality. Apply SEO best practices using Yoast SEO or RankMath.

Ensure websites are fully responsive and mobile-friendly. Must Have Requirements Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. This role is available in both on-site and remote options.

Experience working on multiple CMS platforms. Basic knowledge of MySQL, Git, theme/plugin customisation, and WordPress security. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Mandatory experience with Claude Code for website development, workflow creation, and debugging.
