Objective Reporting to the Director of IT, the AI Systems Analyst plays a key role in enabling Cantiro’s AI and automation strategy across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and simplify work for end users. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, the AI Systems Analyst will design, evaluate, and implement scalable AI-enabled solutions that align with Cantiro’s technology landscape and support enterprise-wide innovation.

Key Responsibilities Strategize, executeand support AI solutionsacross Cantiro Analyze business processes toidentifyopportunities for AI-enabled automation,augmentationand insights Work with the IT Director on the approach for companywide AI policy & governance Assess feasibility,costandROIof potentialAIsolutions Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications Investigate, implementand rollout of AI-enabled tools and workflows Act as a translator between business needs and technical delivery Stay current on emerging AItecnhologies, tools and enterprise AI platforms to becomeCantiro’sresident expert Evaluate and apply security considerations in all AI-related initiatives Support user adoption through training,documentationand ongoing optimization of AI solutions Qualifications Experience designing, or supporting AI-enabled workflows and automations Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools in business contexts (e.g., LLMs) Work with structured and/or unstructured data as part of AI-enabled solutions Coordination ofintegrations between systems (e.g., APIs, or low-code connectors) Experience validating, testing, and refining AI outputs to improve reliability and usability Ability to assess AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and business suitability Prompt engineering and AI output evaluation Strong processanalysis andproblem-solvingskills Ability to evaluate ROI, effort, and risk when prioritizing opportunities Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in real estate, construction, development, engineering, or other project-based industries is considered an asset Relevant AI or automation certifications are considered an asset Education Bachelor’s Degreeor Technical DiplomainComputer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline with strong applied technology experience Relevantexperience in AI / Intelligent Automation, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst (technology-focused)or similar positions Demonstrated experience applying AI toreal businessproblemsand enterprise level solutions Please Note: Our office is located on 124 Street and 102 Avenue; there are numerous public parking options within close proximity to our office.
