AI/ML Developer

Role: AI/ML Developer Location: India (Remote) Experience: 10–15 Years Open Positions: 5 Job Overview: We are looking for AI/ML Developers to build an intelligent automation platform that converts semi-structured data (such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and pricing data) into standardized and validated outputs. The role involves working on scalable, reliable, and auditable systems combining rule-based logic with controlled LLM processing. Key Responsibilities: Develop Python-based data pipelines for processing structured and semi-structured data Build and enhance document parsing solutions (PDFs, Excel, etc.) Design data models and implement rule-based validation systems Integrate deterministic logic with constrained LLM workflows Ensure data accuracy, validation, and auditability across workflows Develop Excel-compatible outputs and reporting formats Collaborate on workflow orchestration and automation frameworks Support human-in-the-loop review and override mechanisms Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Python Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) Hands-on experience in document parsing (PDF, OCR tools) Understanding of data modeling and validation techniques Familiarity with rule engines / workflow orchestration tools Exposure to LLMs / AI/ML concepts (prompting, constrained outputs) Experience working with Excel data and automation Good to Have: Experience with LangChain / LLM frameworks Knowledge of OCR tools like Tesseract or similar Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Understanding of data governance and explainability in AI systems
