AI Engineer (LLMs, Agents, MCP, ML) Location: Remote (UK) Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 Neulinx have partnered with a global SaaS platform in the hospitality and travel space, who are hiring an AI Engineer into a high-impact role. The business is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading AI-driven SaaS companies, and a standout performer within the hospitality technology space, and is now doubling down on embedding AI across its product and engineering ecosystem. The Opportunity You’ll join a 45+ person engineering team and play a key role in shaping how AI, LLMs and machine learning are integrated into a live, scaled platform.

This is not a research role. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll build, ship and see your work used immediately by a global customer base. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and delivering AI-powered product features and workflows Working with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering and optimisation Building AI agents and advanced workflows Developing and integrating MCP services and API-driven AI interactions Embedding AI into core product functionality, integrations and internal systems Identifying and delivering practical AI use cases at scale What They’re Looking For Hands-on experience with LLMs in real-world applications Experience with either: AI agents, MCP services and advanced workflows, or ML / deep learning models (e.g. pricing, analytics) Strong engineering capability, ideally with Python and AWS Experience integrating AI into existing products or platforms A practical, delivery-focused mindset Why This Role Work on a global, scaled SaaS platform with real users Be part of a high-performing 45+ engineering team Shape how AI is embedded into a live product at scale Remote-first, flexible working If you’re an AI Engineer who wants to build meaningful AI capability in a real product environment, go ahead and apply.
