AI Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions across enterprise projects. Key Responsibilities Lead AI architecture, design and end-to-end implementation across projects. Develop, optimize and deploy AI models using Python and cloud-based AI services.

Integrate video analytics and AI-based video processing capabilities into solutions. Ensure AI systems meet scalability, performance, reliability, and security standards. Design and implement AI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms; support edge AI deployment strategies; apply DevOps practices to streamline AI development, deployment, and monitoring.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunities, gather requirements, review specifications with Business Analysts, and ensure designs align with architecture principles and standards. Participate in peer reviews to improve solution quality, maintain best practices and ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies and project guidelines. Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools and industry trends, and contribute to strategic thinking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 4+ years of hands‑on experience in AI development and implementation. Strong proficiency in Python programming. Hands‑on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.

Experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with video analytics and AI‑based video processing. Knowledge of DevOps practices in AI or data projects.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving abilities.
