About the Role We are looking for an Agent Deployment Manager someone who sits at the intersection of prompt engineering, workflow design, client interaction, and AI-driven problem solving. This is not a traditional role where you must already be an AI expert. Instead, it’s a role for someone who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about shaping how organizations in India use LLM agents to achieve real business impact.

You will work closely with the Product, Operations, and Client teams to: β€’ Understand business problems deeply β€’ Translate them into structured, effective agent workflows β€’ Build, test, deploy, and optimize LLM agents β€’ Continuously monitor their performance and improve outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Agent Workflow Design & Development β€’ Understand and gather client requirements across industries and problem statements. β€’ Build end-to-end agent workflows that map to business objectives and user journeys. β€’ Write, refine, and optimize prompts for LLM-driven conversation, decision-making, and automation. β€’ Translate ambiguous requirements into structured logic, rules, and safeguards. 2.

Testing, QA & Optimization β€’ Test agent outputs across scenarios, edge cases, and real-world conditions. β€’ Identify gaps in quality, logic, and user experience. β€’ Run iterations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and business alignment. β€’ Benchmark performance and propose improvements using data-driven insights. 3. Deployment & Campaign Launch β€’ Set up, configure, and launch agent campaigns for clients. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff into production. β€’ Configure rules, integrations, and workflows within Navana’s platform. β€’ Ensure full readiness before going live β€” across tools, logic, and client expectations. 4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement β€’ Track key KPIs such as completion rates, conversion rates, error rates, and business impact. β€’ Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements quickly. β€’ Work with Product and Engineering to build internal systems that maximize agent reliability and outcome delivery. β€’ Maintain documentation and structured processes for continuous scaling. 5.

Client Collaboration & Business Impact Delivery β€’ Work directly with clients to understand use-cases and align agent behavior with business goals. β€’ Present insights, improvements, and new opportunities for impact. β€’ Ensure that every deployment is tied to real results: efficiency gains, revenue uplift, cost reduction, or improved CX. Required Skills & Experience β€’ 1–3 years of experience in operations, product, engineering, customer success, program management, or any analytical/problem-solving role. β€’ Experience working with or around AI systems, chatbots, LLM tools, or workflow automations is a strong plus, but not mandatory. β€’ Mandatory proficiency in Tamil Language. β€’ Strong communication skills β€” ability to understand, articulate, and refine requirements. β€’ Prompt-writing or prompt-engineering experience is a plus. β€’ Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (training, prompts, evaluation, hallucinations, feedback loops). β€’ Analytical mindset; ability to diagnose issues quickly and logically. β€’ Attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments. β€’ Familiarity with one or more Indian languages is preferred (to help build and test multilingual agents). Tools & Capabilities β€’ Basic familiarity with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) β€’ Comfortable learning workflow or automation platforms. β€’ Ability to write clear documentation, test cases, and prompt libraries. β€’ Understanding of dashboards, error logs, or KPI trackers is a plus.
