The Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.

Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality patient care by strictly adhering to physician-led standards and clinical protocols. Procedural Assistance: Support complex treatments including PRP, injectables, and minor aesthetic interventions. Patient Preparation: Manage pre-procedure workflows, including cleansing, numbing, and positioning patients for optimal outcomes.

Technical Proficiency: Perform IV cannulation with a demonstrated high first-attempt success rate. Patient Education: Act as a primary resource for care education, providing clear guidance to patients both in-person and via telephone. Operations & Safety: Maintain rigorous sterilization workflows, cold chain management, and inventory oversight.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes remain in full alignment with OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA guidelines, as well as biomedical waste management standards. Qualifications Education & Licensure (Mandatory): Must be a Registered Professional Nurse (GNM or B.Sc. Nursing) with a current, valid State Nursing Council registration.

Certifications (not mandatory, but good to have): Active certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS, and BCLS. Clinical Knowledge: Strong foundation in infection control, sterilization protocols, and emergency handling. Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance standards.

Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift, position, and transport patients on endoscopy stretchers.
