Role Description As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all campaigns across multiple digital platforms, focusing on achieving measurable business outcomes. You will manage budgets, track performance, and identify opportunities to drive customer acquisition and retention.

The role involves using analytics and data-driven insights to refine campaigns and ensure the highest ROI. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. Qualifications Experience in Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, PPC Campaigns) and A/B testing Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Data Analysis and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and other performance tracking software Strategic planning skills for managing and optimizing marketing funnels and customer journeys Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders Proficiency in budget planning and utilizing resources effectively to meet KPIs Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
