Very involved in the community and co. consistently gives back Paid parking Responsibilities Supervise two Senior Accountants Oversee month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations (OPEX, insurance, taxes) Conduct variance analyses and financial reviews for accuracy and compliance Manage accounting for real estate dispositions; support closing statement prep with Investments, Finance & Legal Partner with Finance on budgets/reforecasts, providing data, trends, and insights Build and enhance processes using analytics and automation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA required At least one year of supervisory experience Process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
