Senior Account Manager Hybrid (Manchester – 2 days per week) £50,000 – £55,000 base + bonus Our client is a fast-growing, performance-led business focused on delivering data-driven strategies that generate real commercial results for their clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, leading performance strategy and driving growth with a high level of autonomy. You’ll work closely with an Account Executive, who supports delivery, communication and coordination across your portfolio, allowing you to stay focused on senior stakeholder management, performance direction and commercial growth. You’ll act as a trusted senior partner to clients, confidently challenging assumptions, influencing decisions and guiding strategy based on data and performance insight.
Own and lead day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of key client accounts Work in partnership with an Account Executive to manage account delivery, communication and priorities Take full accountability for performance outcomes, retention and commercial growth Lead strategic performance direction across accounts, shaping testing, optimisation and scaling plans Translate complex performance data into clear actions and strategic direction Collaborate closely with paid media, ECRM, SEO and creative teams to deliver strong, aligned outcomes Hybrid working – 2 days per week in a central Manchester office Additional holidays for service milestones plus your birthday off Collaborative culture with genuine progression opportunities
