Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA have partnered with a leading facilities management provider who is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in San Antonio, TX. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management. * Manage daily team operations, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with sales and project teams to define requirements and implement strategic plans. * Maintain and grow client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. * Monitor and report on service level performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met. * Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues while managing client expectations.
