Alongside our esteemed partner TELUS Communications , The Acquisition Group is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to revolutionize our Western Strategic Partnership team in the Lower Mainland region. We're looking for more than just an account manager â we need a community builder who can transform buildings into thriving TELUS-powered communities. As our ideal candidate, you're a natural relationship builder with a keen eye for market intelligence and a creative approach to problem-solving. You'll take ownership of developing and executing dynamic 12-month engagement strategies, working closely with Channel Managers to exceed penetration targets in newly opened buildings. Your role combines the art of relationship management with property managers, the science of gathering competitive intelligence, and the creativity of implementing engaging marketing campaigns. Whether you're leveraging our preâmade marketing assets or developing innovative solutions of your own, you'll be instrumental in driving TELUS services market penetration. What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, dental, and life insurance benefits provided after probation All expensesâpaid team nights No micromanagement â flexible schedule Growth opportunities Work with a charismatic and supportive team, with ample room for growth and advancement The Account Manager role consists of the following Act as a strategic relationship architect in the MultiâDwelling Unit (MDU) market (apartments, condos, townhouses) Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with Developers, Property Managers, and Building Managers Drive the comprehensive 12âmonth partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to sustained growth Transform building insights into actionable strategies to enhance TELUS's market penetration Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to capture and analyze building intelligence Deliver dataâdriven performance reports to Channel Managers Identify and pursue new MDU market opportunities within assigned territory Participate in crossâfunctional team sessions to share groundâlevel insights Collaborate with TELUS sales support teams to address resident pain points Manage buildingâlevel escalations effectively and professionally Schedule and conduct strategic reviews with property management Deploy targeted marketing materials to support growth initiatives Execute customized engagement strategies to drive measurable results Contribute to building thriving TELUSâconnected communities through strategic relationship management Ideal Skillset Knowledge of the MDU and property management industry would be an asset Ability to work within a technologically advanced environment Ability to work independently, and in a team environment Relationship building experience Knowledge of TELUS PureFibre Requirements/Qualifications Enthusiastic and positive personality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for growth and success Sales experience is an asset Able to work in a team environment Fullâtime hours Be flexible with numerous tasks in a day Must have a vehicle with valid driver's license Ability to pass a Canadian Criminal Record check with a verdict of CLEAR Our primary goal is to build and strengthen customer relationships, increase sales within the assigned territory, provide an excellent customer service experience to our building and resident managers and build strong partnerships that will ultimately translate into driving higher TELUS market penetration within these buildings.
