This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with retirement plan regulations.
Your expertise will impact the performance and satisfaction of our clients in managing their 403(b) plans effectively. Strong communication and analytical skills will be essential, as you will be addressing client needs and operational challenges. The nature of the position allows you to work independently while contributing to team goals and project initiatives.
Accountabilities Provides timely, superior customer services and issue resolution to clients and advisors Maintains client relationships with high client retention rate Interprets plan documents and communicates improvements to clients and partners Has solid knowledge of ERISA, IRS & DOL regulations regarding qualified plans Analyzes census to determine eligibility Calculates employer contributions based on plan provisions and client requests Performs annual non-discrimination tests and discusses testing results with clients Prepares Government Forms and works with the plan's auditor Identifies and processes RMD distributions for eligible participants Works with Administrators to meet deadlines Leads client and advisor calls/meetings Conducts annual year-end clean-up activities Determines and calculates required plans corrections Participates in client document calls during the onboarding process Works with client and payroll team to ensure eligibility is correctly determined Reviews timeliness of employee deferral remittances and notifies employers of late deposits Requirements College degree or 7+ years of retirement experience Minimum of 3 years in account manager or similar role QKA designation required or willingness to attain Mastery of administrator functions and skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications/software Excellent math skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to provide a high level of service to clients Experience with Relius strongly desired Experience with Salesforce strongly desired Experience with FT Williams strongly desired Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Flexible working hours Opportunities for professional development A collaborative remote working environment Comprehensive benefits package Work-life balance support #J-18808-Ljbffr
