Account Manager

Job Description We are looking for a confident leader who can manage multiple onsite services, build strong stakeholder relationships and consistently meet and exceed agreed service level standards. You will be responsible for contract delivery, financial management, team engagement and compliance, while continuously evolving service delivery in line with client needs. Key Responsibilities Provide overall management and leadership of all Livv Workplace services onsite, including Front of House, Maintenance and Helpdesk, Cleaning and Supplier Management.

Deliver excellent client and employee engagement, taking responsibility for CNPS and ENPS performance. Manage all financial aspects of the account, ensuring salaries, bonuses, expenses and supplier orders align with commercial budgets. Execute the contract in line with agreed specifications, KPIs, cost parameters and time requirements.

Maintain regular stakeholder engagement to review performance and evolve service delivery. Compile and present monthly SLA reports, presentations, business cases, CCNs and contractual reviews. Ensure full compliance with Livv Workplace Health, Safety and Environment requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation.

Lead, recruit, train and motivate Workplace teams, ensuring effective induction, rota management and optimal use of resources, including network and agency support. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Proven people management and performance management experience. Experience managing multiple services, including Front of House, Cleaning and Planned & Reactive Maintenance.

Strong Health & Safety knowledge with relevant IOSH qualifications. Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and critical thinking ability. Sound financial management experience, including setting and managing budgets.

Ability to innovate and deliver creative, effective operational and engagement solutions. Adaptable approach with experience of change management and continuous improvement. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
