Account Manager

Job Description: The Inside Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on retention, relationship building, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and ongoing business activity * Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships * Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing clients * Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs, questions, and ongoing support * Track all client interactions, updates, and opportunities within a CRM system * Partner with internal departments (sales, operations, customer support, etc.) to resolve issues and support account needs * Assist with quotes, order follow-ups, and general account maintenance tasks * Maintain a high volume of outbound communication while prioritizing accounts based on opportunity Qualifications: * 2-3+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred) * Experience managing multiple accounts or a high-volume workload * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Highly organized with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively * Comfortable with frequent outbound outreach and customer interaction * Experience using CRM systems to track activity and manage accounts * Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership Additional Details: * Full-time, onsite role in Franklin, TN * Opportunity to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams * OTE once converted is $80-90K for the first year Perks: * Collaborative, team-oriented environment * Clear path for growth and advancement within the organization * Eligible for contractor benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).
