As an Account Developer â Churn, youâll reâengage customers, win back lost business, and make a real impact by driving revenue growth across the U.S. This highâvelocity role puts you at the center of customer relationshipsâusing phone, video, and digital outreach to solve problems, uncover needs, and deliver meaningful value.

What youâll be doing: Engage declining customers via phone, video, and digital channels to drive winâback and retention. Strategically analyze reasons for customer decline and identify targeted contacts and category opportunities.
Meet weekly and monthly winâback targets and KPIs established by sales leadership. Consistently achieve activity goalsâincluding outbound dials, selling time, and live contacts. Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Utilize CRM tools to manage interactions, track activities, and maintain accurate account records. Manage your funnel and pipeline through closed stages, ensuring consistent forward momentum. Partner with internal teams to support customer needs and drive growth.
Apply Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs and build valueâadded proposals and pricing. Lead onâtheâspot pricing negotiations while ensuring a seamless customer experience. What you bring to the table: A strong drive to win and a deep aversion to complacency.
Resilience and a willingness to view rejection as an opportunity to learn and pivot. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen. Excellent organizational and timeâmanagement skills.
Ability to sell company values, services, and program benefits via phone and digital interactions. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales metrics and KPIs. Coachable mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback.
Success working both independently and within a team sales environment. Adaptability in a fastâpaced, dynamic organization. Whatâs needed â Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma required. 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Whatâs needed â Preferred Qualifications: Bachelorâs degree preferred. Industry knowledge a plus.
Strong communication and active listening skills. Experience building customer relationships and navigating the B2B sales process. Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and grossâprofit growth goals. Solutionâoriented, selfâstarter, and resultsâdriven mindset. Ability to adapt to change and take coaching effectively.
