Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 4–5 years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly cross-platform applications using Flutter. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Debug, test, and optimize application performance Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers and product managers Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, tools, and technologies Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in mobile app development Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture) Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations Familiarity with Git/version control systems Good understanding of UI/UX principles Experience with debugging and performance optimization Preferred Skills Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
